Champagne & Chateau

Come join South Bend Tradeworks at Champagne & Chateau, our annual fundraising soiree, hosted at the historic Poledor House!

South Bend Tradeworks would not exist without the support of people like you who share a commitment to historic preservation of the beautiful architecture in our city.

A new feature of this year’s party is the return of the Southhold Preservation Awards.

Southhold Awards are a tribute to the former Southhold Restorations, Inc. who existed from 1973-1997, leaving a grant to the Historic Preservation Commission to continue these awards.

Winners will be announced at the party - hope to see you there!

Tickets are $25 and proceeds go to further our mission of educating, preserving, and restoring the architectural history of our beautiful town.
